Wellness Focus

Our new Wellness Center features state of the art Technogym fitness equipment and cloud technology to help you plan and track your exercise.  The Wellness Center has a full time Director of Wellness to support the development of a personalized exercise plan and leads group classes. 

We understand the importance and benefits of physical fitness, which is why our senior communities provide a diverse array of fitness opportunities to our residents. We strive to enhance their quality of life through wellness of mind, body and spirit.

Regular exercise is the single most important thing one can do to slow down the aging process. Benefits recognized by residents include increased muscle tone, improved range of motion, improved circulation, enhanced balance and mobility, decreased pain and improved overall strength. In addition, our wellness programs provide great opportunities to socialize.

Residents may participate in daily fitness and exercise programs scheduled by our Wellness Directors, or select to exercise at their leisure, utilizing our state-of-the-art strength and cardio equipment as well.


Community memberships are offered to those 55 and older.  Please call to ask about the opening of the new wellness center, coming soon.
