- Personal "pendant" call system
- 24-hour on-site Home Health Services staff (Charges are based on 15 minute increments or package programs)
- Front desk receptionists 7 days a week
- Social, recreational, educational and spiritual programs
- Regularly scheduled transportation to medical facilities, shopping and special events
- Three meals served daily, restaurant style in the dining room (Two meals per day are included in the monthly fee)
- Weekly housekeeping
- Private dining room
- A health and wellness program
- Exercise programs
- Hair salon
- Copy, fax and notary service available
- Reduced rate for basic cable TV service
- Reduced rate for local paper
- Full-time Program Director, Life Enrichment Coordinator and Resident Service Coordinator
